Synthetic in both, of course. Only put 1k/yr miles on the Tacoma, and the Isuzu sees little service as we've had essentially no power outages in 2 years or so. Changed at 50 hours. Many newer,.. and all older ..tractors, cars, and trucks, specified oil change intervals in their original owners manuals, based on conventional oil being used , and of the oil quality being produced at the time. Using today’s synthetic, and conventional/synthetic blends, could certainly allow longer intervals.They will change the oil every 10,000 miles for three years. But it’s hard to imagine going 10,000 miles on oil even though it’s synthetic.
